Public Wind Phones

Public Wind Phones are open for anyone to visit and use. These phones are placed in parks, gardens, trails, cemeteries, residences, and other locations where everyone is welcome. You don’t need an appointment or permission; simply come as you are, pick up the receiver, and speak whatever is on your heart. Public Wind Phones offer a quiet, accessible place for reflection, remembrance, and connection, inviting everyone to pause and let the wind carry their words.

Please note that visitors use these spaces at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety during their visit.

Stories are powerful; they create a shared experience. Sharing our stories makes a difference because it's in doing so that we connect and heal. Regularly, I shine a light on the story of a beautifully created and placed Wind Phone.

This website is in honor of and inspired by Emily; our bond will never be broken.

Team Dawson forever.
