The Wind Phone is located at Josephine Sculpture Park. "Follow the paved road to the end where there is the main gravel parking lot. Once you are out of your car, you'll notice there are trails to the right of the parking lot. Follow the trail on the right until you see the Wind Phone, Bird Calls."
