The Wind Phone is located at Touch Base Dunbartonshire. "The center supports people with visual impairments and complex disabilities and is mainly in use Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. As the building and garden are usually busy during these times it would be recommended to visit in evenings and weekends. Our car park would be available for use out of hours and there is also street parking around the center."
