To find the Wind Phone, "Park at the end of Seymour Street Extension, walk about a mile north along the main trail through Wright Park, turning left at the Warbler Habitat field and following the trail to the river.Turn right and a short climb brings visitors to the small wooden structure overlooking Otter Creek."
