The creator shares, "This Wind Phone is an Eagle Scout Project.It is dedicated to everyone that has loved and lost someone, and wishes they could say just one more thing. I built this with my Troop in memory of my Great Grandmas Elizabeth and Lucille, and my Uncle Rob."
