The Wind Phone is in Savage Park. To access the Wind Phone "take the green trail that takes you to the Gabbro Bridge.
Support (on the park map) / Pratt Gabbro Bridge (on google maps). Once you are at the site, the Wind Phone is on a pathway that splinters from the Green Trail. You will not t have to walk too long to see the Wind Phone on the left (assuming you are walking away from the Bridge Support Site)."
