This Wind Phone is located at Veterans Park in Scappoose, Oregon. As you enter the park by turning onto Captain Roger Kucera Way from JP West Rd, the Wind Phone is located on your left along the paved pathway between the Veterans/Armed Forces Monument site, and the bocce ball courts. There is one handicap parking space directly next to the monument, additional street parking, and a parking lot further down the road near the playground. Bathrooms are located in the center of the park between the two baseball feilds.
