The Wind Phone is located at the Northern State Recreation Area (NSRA) and is located approximately 4 miles Northeast of the town of Sedro-Woolley in Skagit County, Washington, just off State Route 20 leading to the North Cascade Mountains. North Knoll Trail, where the Wind Phone is located, is accessible from the park entrance on Helmick Rd as well as via the SWIFT Campus on Fruitdale Rd."
