The Wind Phone is located on Staten Island (Bloomfield is a borough of SI) next to the statue in the Memorial Garden in honor of the "274 Staten Island residents who died on 9/11 and 85 Vietnam Veterans." It is acrosss from the Hampton Inn and Suites near the Hilton Garden Inn in Bloomfield.
