"Our Wind Phone stands in honor of Scott and Leaira Wilson, whose lives were tragically cut short in a car accident caused by a drunk driver on August 6, 2018. Scott, aged 39, and his 5-year-old daughter Leaira are dearly missed by so many friends and family."
